The hotel rooms were clean and comfortable, providing a decent size and a lovely view of the Med to start the day. However, the stained carpet and torn furniture gave a bit of a sad vibe, though it was better than the classic room which felt like a prison cell. The service was friendly and helpful, with easy check-out. The location was unbeatable on the Promenade, just a walk away from the old town and the beach. The dining experience was good with a great view and smiley staff, but nothing exceptional. The facilities were decent, meeting basic needs.
The room was disappointing, dark, poky, and lacking essentials like tea or coffee. Although it had a small table, there was only one chair. Cleanliness and freshness were below standard, considering the prepaid reservation. The hotel needs to improve for a more satisfactory experience.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location is superb, right on the promenade with stunning views of the sea and the park. The rooms were spacious and had all the facilities I needed for a comfortable stay. The staff was friendly and always ready to help, making my experience even more delightful. However, the dining options were a bit overpriced for the basic quality of food provided.
The hotel offers spectacular views and a unique open aspect, but the cupboard space is minimal. The service was exceptional, especially thanks to Mr Jean Jacques. The location is excellent, just steps away from bars, restaurants, and the seafront. The dining experience, however, was lacking for a 4-star hotel.
I had a bittersweet experience at the hotel. The rooms were small but had a nice view of the promenade with the sun shining in. Unfortunately, they were quite far from the elevator. The service was a mix of unhelpful and friendly staff, with some exceptional team members like Jean Jacques, Dialetta, and Bruno going out of their way to assist. The location was superb, right across the road from the beach and central to everything, although parking was an issue. The dining was a mixed bag, with some tasteless options but a great breakfast with lovely water views. The facilities were decent, with a range of amenities available.
